RealHand HD instruments allow for greater dexterity and control, providing the ability to maneuver over and around critical structures and vasculature. This capability may offer a safer, more precise approach and in some cases, RealHand can be a bridge to performing a procedure minimally invasively. The full range of motion provided by RealHand allows you to challenge conventional thinking on trocar placement, often affording the ability to overcome issues posed by previous surgery, exposure or body habitus. In many cases, surgeons cite the ability to reduce the number of trocars as a result to the dynamic movement of RealHand. A full variety of 5mm instrument styles and jaw patterns are available including tissue graspers, dissectors, scissors, monopolar instruments, and the new RealHand ThermaSeal™ cut & seal device.
